Having a heart of Laughter, The Queen favors him over all of her Jesters. He is known to be called at all hours, day or night, to entertain his Royal Mistress the Queen, when she weeps for her husband.

Second bloom in a small series in which the flowers themselves are personified as the people you might find in a Royal Court. They live together in a single Garden.
